Spring Summer 2009 Trends!

This week Zuneta will be exhibiting at the Spirit of Summer Show at London's Olympia. We've got lots of gorgeous summer beauty treats to share with you. The big question for me is, which shade of nail varnish to wear? The new Butter London Spring Summer 2009 range has got some real show stoppers. I'm quite taken with the pastel violet, or possibly even the buttery yellow?
I also noticed that OPI are now also claiming to be formaldehyde, toluene and DBP....I'm glad other brands are following suite! But we all know who the first non-toxic nail brand was!

The Best Primers!

This winter I became a true fan of the Primer. I have never really regarded the primer as a neccessary part of my beauty regime in the past, but now that I am of the age were my pores are a little bigger and the fine lines are starting to show primers have taken on a whole new meaning.

I think any woman over the age of about 28 should definitely be using a primer, if not younger! Primers are fantastic as they really even out your skin, creating the perfect base before your make-up. So, this will ensure that you are able to wear sheer coverage foundations all the way into your 40's should you wish!

The 3 best primers in my opinion are:

This brilliant little product can be used as a primer, moisturiser and sunblock! A total summer essential, I often don't need to apply any foundation on top. Just a little bit of this and my skin looks healthy enough for me not to feel naked when i step out of the house! Highly recommended!

Named as the best Primer in Elle's recent Hot 100 Beauty Buys, the Paul & Joe Primer is not only a great product, (not sticky, light, evens out the skin beautifully) but it also comes in beautiful, feminine packaging!

The first ever primer with no silicone in the formula! It is also certified organic by the only official body, EcoCert. The primer has Vitamin E in it which protects the skin and prevents ageing. Try it today!
